Three sides - two functions

The CENTRYXX D from RZB serves two important purposes at once: it is an LED escape route luminaire visible on three sides from long distances – while an additional downward-pointing LED illuminates the indicated facility itself.

The 2 in 1 function makes the CENTRYXX D from RZB a compact solution for effective marking and simultaneous illumination of first aid posts, firefighting, fire detection and other safety facilities. Their triangular shape and distinct pictograms ensure visibility from any direction with a viewing distance of 24 m.

The highly effective LED technology from RZB in the escape route luminaire is enhanced by an additional LED with elliptical downward emission, which simultaneously illuminates any safety facilities set up beneath it with 5 Lux. This means the CENTRYXX D makes a crucial contribution to meeting the EN 1838 standard. Diverse standard, or on request customised, pictograms can be applied to two sides of the high-quality, impact-resistant plastic cover made of polycarbonate. The 90° alignment of these two sides to one another means the pictograms can be observed from three directions. The integrated automatic self-test ensures full functionality of the CENTRYXX D at all times so it is suitable for either permanent or standby connection. Moreover, its high IP 54 protection rating makes it very versatile. Various versions of the CENTRYXX D provide the right solution for any requirement. The two single-battery variants with an operating time of 3 hours can also either be equipped with an interface for DALI or MULTIDIGIT. Furthermore, a central-battery version is available, which includes a monitoring module.
