Our products are developed and manufactured with the utmost care. Should there nevertheless be a reason for complaint, we will endeavour to process your complaint quickly and in a customer-oriented manner.

Please note that we can only accept costs if a delivery has a verifiable defect whose cause already existed at the time of the passage of risk, and you have written confirmation from us that we will bear the costs. Please do not organise a return or replacement until you have received the corresponding approval from us. We cannot accept costs resulting from non-approved actions.
