The success of the RZB Group largely depends on the performance of our suppliers.
Therefore, our procurement department is constantly seeking new, capable suppliers who can contribute efficiently to our primary corporate goal of continuously improving customer satisfaction.

Collaboration:
A "mature" procurement market partner who supports the expansion of technological leadership through creativity and innovation.
Utilization of value analysis, standardization, technical refinement, and similar tools.
Use of our digital SRM platform Jaggaer and acceptance of the RZB Group's purchasing conditions.
Schedule Reliability:
High flexibility, reliability, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to reduce costs and increase transparency as well as productivity.
Quality Responsibility:
"Zero-defect strategy" and continuous improvement in costs, quality, delivery, and service. A modern and efficient quality management system. Certification according to ISO 9001 is a prerequisite for cooperation.
Environmental Protection / CSR:
The RZB Group has signed the Code of Conduct of ZVEI (German Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers' Association) and VDMA (German Engineering Federation). We require our suppliers to also act according to these guidelines.
Key focuses include:
Considering social responsibility and economic and ecological actions in terms of sustainability, particularly regarding air quality, energy consumption, greenhouse gas emissions, natural resource management, waste reduction, water quality, and water consumption.
Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations that must be observed in fulfilling the supply contract, particularly laws combating corruption and money laundering, competition and antitrust law, export control, and tax legislation.
No knowingly offering products containing raw materials that have contributed to human rights violations, bribery, or ethnic violations or have negatively impacted the environment.
Use of verified and conflict-free raw material producers and refineries to source raw materials such as tin, tungsten, tantalum, or gold. Certification according to ISO 14001 and/or EMAS.
We expect the provision of all necessary data at both the company and product levels required to achieve CSR goals.
To this end, we support our suppliers in supply chain transparency by incorporating EcoVadis assessments and ratings into our supplier selection process. More information about this cooperation can be found in this document.
